Deacon Wan is Senior Director Analyst at Gartner, specializing in Software Engineering Practices, Strategies, and Leadership. He leads the Gartner Greater China Research Community, serves as Conference Shadow Chair for Japan’s Application Innovation & Business Solution Summit, and is a Workforce Development Leaders-as-Teachers Faculty member. Born in Hong Kong and raised in Canada, Deacon is a global business transformation leader with strong technical expertise. He has successfully managed teams and affiliates across Greater China, Europe, Japan, Korea, and the U.S. After over 20 years at Hutchison Whampoa, excelling in product development, operations, and business management, he joined Gartner in September 2016.

Seb has worked with hundreds of software industry leaders over the past 12 years helping them to deploy innovative technologies and using these instruments as a competitive advantage. Most recently he was part of the team at Apptio that was acquired by IBM to bolster their portfolio of solutions that help customers maximise the value of their technology investments. Working with the top CIO's around the world, he has seen the importance of managing costs in the AI/cloud era and the taxonomy's they are using to maintain governance over these growing costs.

Chen Chao is committed to advancing the development of the computing industry ecosystem and nurturing technical talent. He has been deeply involved in major industry initiatives such as the Green Computing Industry Alliance's standard-setting process and the Kunpeng Application Innovation Competition. In addition, Chen Chao focuses on the artificial intelligence computing ecosystem and is responsible for driving computing ecosystem development for Huawei in the Asia-Pacific region.

陳超致力於推動計算産業生態的發展和培養技術人才。他深度參與了綠色計算産業聯盟標準制定、鯤鵬應用創新大賽等重大行業活動。除此之外，陳超專注於人工智能計算生態，負責華爲亞太地區的計算生態建設。

Wai Yin joined MTR Corporation in 2022 as Chief Information Officer. He assumed the technology leadership role to drive AI & digitalization, technology and architecture standardization, cybersecurity & technology risk management in the organization.
As an accomplished technology professional, Wai Yin has held different roles in technical development, business process management and technology management in various local and multinational companies at global, regional and market levels prior to joining MTR. In particular he had experience of managing technology development and operations in different industry sectors including real estate, manufacturing and retail. Outside his professional role he serves as the board member of a non-governmental organization that provide free primary healthcare services to elderlies in need in our community.
Wai Yin obtained both the Master of Computer Science and Master of Business Administration degree from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and Bachelor of Computer studies degree from City University of Hong Kong.

Albert has over 23 years of consulting experience and has served a wide range of local and international clients in both the public and private sector, covering business areas such as innovation and technology, economic development, education, health and welfare, and media and communication. He has extensive experience in policy formulation and review, feasibility study and business planning in the areas of innovation and technology (I&T) and economic development.
Albert directed a project to assist the Hong Kong Government with developing a Smart City Blueprint in 2017 – the first ever attempt in Hong Kong to articulate the vision and roadmap of how Hong Kong should transform itself into a smart city. He also led a development strategy of a Common Spatial Data Infrastructure, which is a key element underpinning the Smart City development in Hong Kong. In addition, he led a number of projects for the Government related to smart tourism, spatial data applications and measures supporting the development of local I&T ecosystem. Albert also assisted the Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation and Cyberport with strategic projects on areas related to innovation and technology, and reindustralisation.

王先生經常就智能城市，創新科技，空間數據基礎設施及人工智能應用發表演講。他畢業於英國劍橋大學，並獲頒工程學博士學位，並曾在劍橋大學沃爾夫森學院當研究院士。

Kent is a seasoned IT professional with over two decades of industry experience. He has a strong background in IT consulting and application development, having worked with a diverse range of firms and projects spanning from software companies to banks and retail. Kent began his career as a programmer at IBM before transitioning to developing trading applications at prestigious financial institutions such as Nomura, Citibank, Citadel, and BNP Paribas Asset Management.
During his tenure at BNP Paribas Asset Management, Kent served as the Head of Application Development, overseeing the North America Information Technology Development team. In this role, he provided essential support, maintenance, and application development services to various departments including the investment team, risk, operations, and legal compliance.
Currently, Kent serves as the Head of Technology (CTO) at DECATHLON Hong Kong. His notable achievements include spearheading the partnership with Adyen in 2023 and successfully revamped HK Decathlon's ecom website in 2024.
Kent also serves as the convener for Hong Kong Computer Society since 2023.

Mr Dennis Lee is the Chief Systems Manager of Clinical Systems Architecture and Development under the Information Technology and Health Informatics Division at Hong Kong Hospital Authority (HA). He leads the development of the next generation of Clinical Management Systems, HA Go, Smart Hospital and AI innovation and delivery. He also helped to setup the HA Data Collaboration Lab supporting clincial data research.

李先生是香港醫院管理局（HA）資訊科技及醫療信息部臨床系統架構及開發的總系統經理。他負責開發臨床管理系統，HA GO, 智慧醫院, 醫管局的人工智能實驗室，推動AI解決方案的開發與應用。此外，他亦發展醫管局的數據協作實驗室，促進臨床研究及臨床AI創新。

As a Business Director at Meta, Dee partners with eCommerce & Travel brands to reach global audiences through Meta's platforms. She also managed Meta’s channel business in Greater China to grow export businesses across verticals. Prior to Meta, Dee worked in management consulting to advise Fortune 500 US companies on digital strategies. After completing her MBA at the Wharton School, she joined Apple at their headquarters to launch the first generation of Homepod and Airpods in global markets.

Fred Sheu is the National Technology Officer at Microsoft Hong Kong, driving alignment between IT solutions and public policy in areas like healthcare, education, and innovation. He promotes digital transformation across key topics including AI, security, and accessibility. A seasoned ICT leader, Fred has served in advisory roles with the Hong Kong Computer Society, itSMF Hong Kong, and HKITF. He sits on VTC’s Innovation and Technology Training Board and convenes its IT sub-committee. Fred also contributes to government initiatives and lectures on AI for Business at HKU and HKUST, while serving as Adjunct Professor at City University of Hong Kong.

許遵發現任 Microsoft 香港區域科技長，致力推動資訊科技與公共政策的融合，涵蓋醫療、教育、創新等領域，並促進 AI、安全、私隱及可達性等數碼轉型重點。作為資深 ICT 領袖，他曾於香港電腦學會、itSMF 香港分會及香港資訊科技聯會擔任顧問，現為職業訓練局創新及科技訓練委員會成員及資訊科技小組召集人，積極參與政府及業界發展。他亦於港大及科大教授「AI 商業應用」課程，並為城市大學客席教授。

Ms Betty Wai-Yee Chung, as the Group Chief Operating Officer and Group Head of Information Technology of Dah Sing Bank, has over 30 years of solid banking and IT experience. Prior to joining Dah Sing Bank, she held various senior IT positions in multinational and regional financial institutions. Ms Chung holds an Executive Master of Business Administration degree from The Chinese University of Hong Kong and a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Purdue University, U.S.A.

鍾惠儀女士現任大新銀行集團營運總監及集團資訊科技主管，擁有逾30年豐富的銀行及資訊科技經驗。加入大新銀行前，鍾女士於數間跨國及區域金融機構擔任管理資訊科技部門之高級職位。鍾女士擁有香港中文大學行政人員工商管理碩士學位及美國普渡大學電腦科學理學士學位。

Dr Ying Huang is the Chief Technology Officer at ASTRI. A visionary technologist with over 30 years of experience in ICT, AI, data analytics, and decision sciences, Dr Huang is widely recognised for driving innovation and commercialisation. His distinguished career spans leading multinational corporations in the United States and China, where he has shaped research strategies and pioneered advancements in cutting-edge technologies.

Dr Toa Charm is a prominent leader in Asia’s innovation and tech scene, with over 30 years of experience driving AI, data literacy, corporate innovation, digital transformation, and startup development. He is the Founding Chairman of the Data and AI Literacy Association, Associate Professor at CUHK Business School, and an independent non-executive director at TransUnion. Formerly Cyberport’s Chief Public Mission Officer, he helped build a global tech ecosystem supporting over 1,000 startups from tens of countries, including several unicorns. Dr. Charm has held senior roles at IBM, Oracle, HSBC, Jardine and Kingdee, authored Digital Power Up, and writes a tech column for Hong Kong Economic Journal. His contributions have been recognized with the Distinguished Alumni Award from CityU Business School (2019) and the Outstanding Doctor of Business Administration Award (2018).

Bo Han is an Associate Professor in Machine Learning and a Director of Trustworthy Machine Learning and Reasoning Group at Hong Kong Baptist University, and a BAIHO Visiting Scientist of Imperfect Information Learning Team at RIKEN Center for Advanced Intelligence Project (RIKEN AIP), where his research focuses on trustworthy and efficient machine learning and reasoning. He received the RGC Early CAREER Scheme, IEEE AI's 10 to Watch Award, IJCAI Early Career Spotlight, INNS Aharon Katzir Young Investigator Award, RIKEN BAIHO Award, Dean's Award for Outstanding Achievement, and Microsoft Research StarTrack Scholars Program.

Alvin Kwock is the Co-founder and CEO of AIFT, leading innovations in AI and cybersecurity. Prior to founding AIFT, he spent 11 years at J.P. Morgan, where he served as Head of Emerging Technology and Head of Research, driving cutting-edge initiatives in finance and technology. A serial entrepreneur, Alvin has successfully built ventures at the intersection of AI, security, and governance. He is also a dedicated educator, sharing his expertise as a guest lecturer at leading universities. Alvin holds both bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of Chicago, equipping him with a strong foundation in economics and technology.

Mr Patrick So, Senior Engineer at EMSD, participated the Department’s digital transformation in Building E&M, with a focus on Big Data and AI. He established the first Regional Digital Control Centre (RDCC) for big data handling and the E&M AI Lab for AI development, and collaborates globally on various R&D initiatives. The development of Semantic AI provides the foundational layer for E&M digitization, enabling scalable analytics, automation, and smarter city operations.

Patrick現任機電工程署（EMSD）高級工程師，參與部門在樓宇機電領域的數字化轉型，專注於大數據與人工智能（AI）技術應用。他牽頭創立了首個區域數碼控制中心（RDCC），構建大數據處理平臺，並成立機電人工智能實驗室（E&M AI Lab），推動AI技術研發與創新。通過與國際合作夥伴的多項研發計劃，他致力於將前沿技術融入城市基礎設施管理。由其推動開發的語義人工智能（Semantic AI）技術，為機電數字化奠定了基礎，實現了可擴展的數據分析、自動化流程及智慧城市運營優化。

Dr Tao YU is the Chief Technologist of Data Analytics in AI and Trust Technologies of the Hong Kong Applied Science and Technology Research Institute (ASTRI). She leads the data analytics team dedicated to developing advanced big data and AI solutions across diverse sectors, including FinTech, smart cities, digital marketing and the Internet of Things (IoT). Her team’s recent work has focused on generative AI solutions to support a wide range of emerging applications. She earned her Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of California, Irvine, and has over 20 years of R&D experience in distributed systems, cloud computing, AI and big data analytics.

余濤博士是香港應用科技研究院（ASTRI）人工智能及可信技術部大數據分析首席技術專家。她領導的數據分析團隊致力於為不同領域提供各種先進的大數據與人工智能解決方案，服務於金融科技、智慧城市，數字營銷及物聯網等多個領域。近年來，團隊積極投入生成式人工智能技術的研發，以支持各類新興應用場景。余博士擁有加州大學歐文分校計算機科學博士學位，在分佈式系統、雲計算、人工智能及大數據分析領域擁有超過二十年的研發經驗。

Prof Andy Chun is a distinguished pioneer in Artificial Intelligence, with a career spanning several decades. He spearheaded Hong Kong’s first commercial AI system deployment in the late 1980s. He has since developed innovative AI solutions for numerous public and private sectors, significantly enhancing Hong Kong's social services, quality of life, and economic prosperity.
Prof Chun is a Professor of Practice at Hong Kong Polytechnic University and an Adjunct Professor of the EMBA program at City University of Hong Kong. In these roles, he actively advocates for innovation and the adoption of emerging technologies.
Throughout his career, Prof Chun has led technology initiatives at Prudential plc, held CEO positions at multiple AI start-ups, and served as the University CIO at City University of Hong Kong. He is an advisor to the HKSAR Government on AI and IT strategies and the founder of the AI Specialist Group for the Hong Kong Computer Society.
His exceptional contributions to AI have earned him numerous accolades, including being named a Distinguished Fellow of the Hong Kong Computer Society. Prof Chun holds a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

陳漢偉教授是一位全球知名的人工智慧專家和創新者，在多個領域推動數位化進展已有三十多年。作為香港頂級的人工智慧權威，他開創性地提供了一系列人工智慧解決方案，顯著提升了香港社會服務、生活水準和經濟增長，每天影響著數百萬人的生活。
陳教授是香港理工大學 數位創新與新興技術 實踐教授，他分享了在策略技術創新中使用尖端技術的經驗。他也擔任香港城市大學商學院高級管理人員工商管理碩士課程的客席教授。他還在各個行業為不同公司和初創企業提供諮詢和顧問服務。
他曾擔任英國保誠集團技術創新地區總監，領導運用先進技術提升客戶健康狀況和財富收益。早年，他曾擔任多家人工智慧科技初創公司的資訊科技總監，並在香港城市大學兼任電腦科學學系教授和資訊科技總監。
陳教授積極參與社區服務，為香港特別行政區政府擔任人工智能及資訊科技發展策略方面之高級顧問及為香港電腦學會擔任人工智能專家小組顧問。他亦曾擔任香港電腦學會副會長。為了表揚陳教授在資訊科技行業的傑出成就及貢獻，香港電腦學會於2023年頒授了院士名銜予陳教授。
陳教授已被認可為是香港頂級資訊科技總監、獲選為首五名中國傑出CIO之一和全球百強IT領袖之一，獲得了多個本地和國際獎項，包括香港資訊及通訊科技獎和亞太資訊及通訊科技大獎，以及幾個來自AAAI的人工智慧獎項。他擁有伊利諾大學厄巴納-香檳分校電機工程碩士和博士學位，並完成了波士頓大學的資訊科技總監的工商管理碩士課程培訓。

Wang Qi, a Tencent veteran since 2004, currently serving as the Vice President of Tencent Cloud and Head of Tencent Cloud AI Solutions. He leads the strategic deployment of AI solutions across industries, empowering enterprise clients to achieve comprehensive digital and AI transformation, thereby driving business growth and innovation.

Dr Doranda Doo has a Ph.D. in Systems Engineering and worked as a Postdoc in Management Science. She also qualifies as a professor-level Senior Economist and is a doctoral adviser.
Dr Doo is a member of Guangdong Provincial Committee of the CPPCC, a standing committee member of Guanqdong Provincial Association for Science and Technology committee, a standing member of Guangdong Federation of lndustry&Commerce, lnternational Chief Artificial intelligence Officer of World Digital Technology Academy(WDTA l.CAlO), founding president of Guangdong Artificial Intelligence Industry Association, executive chairwoman of GBA lndustry and Commerce Federation in Hongkong, director of the Chamber of Federation of Shenzhen Commerce, president of Guangzhou lnnovation Enterprise Alliance, managing director of China Public Relations Association and executive director of New Technology Committee of China Public Relations Association, a member of the Technical Committee of Guangdong Provincial Laboratory (Guangzhou) for Artificial intelligence and Digital Economy, the independent director of BGl Genomics, the Chairman of MegaDeep Technology. Dr.Doo was also a Senior Vice President of iFLYTEK Co. Ltd.
She is on the lists of Forbes China's Women in Tech and Fortune China's Most Infuential Businesswomen. 現任世界數位科學院國際首席人工智慧長（WDTA I.CAIO）、廣東省政協委員、廣東省科學技術協會常委、廣東省工商聯常委、廣東省人工智慧產業協會創始會長、香港大灣區工商聯執行主席、深商總會會董、廣州創新企業聯盟會長、中國公共關係協會常務理事/新技術研究所執行長、人工智慧與新國家經濟董事高、大科技助理科技高、新大學科技董事獨立曾任科大訊飛資深副總裁。受聘為中國人民大學、中國傳媒大學、中山大學、華南理工大學、暨南大學講席教授。
